As a large workforce with many employees not regularly using computers, Shake Shack needed a benefit program that could be launched quickly and still deliver value.

PerkSpot implemented the Shake Shack Discount Program with hands-on onboarding, dedicated account support, and marketing materials to support a smooth rollout. The launch reached over 6,000 employees, generated 36% engagement in the first month, and delivered $24,907 in first-month savings, with average engagement at 40% and 585 average monthly active users.
