Chipotle needed a way to offer meaningful, nationwide perks to its 80,000+ employees while also improving communication across a widely dispersed workforce. In 2011, Chipotle turned to PerkSpot’s discount platform to deliver relevant savings on the things employees cared about most.
PerkSpot created a mobile-optimized perks and discounts portal that Chipotle could use to communicate with employees and drive traffic to its benefits site, including during open enrollment. The partnership helped boost engagement quickly: in just two months, employee savings increased by more than $35K, monthly active users rose 72.8%, and new users climbed 88.3%, while also increasing utilization of other Chipotle benefits.
