Traveltek, a global software company with around 90 employees across the UK, India, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Australia and America, was facing challenges around culture, morale and maintaining connection across a dispersed workforce. To address this, the company looked for a way to improve global communication and create more meaningful peer-to-peer recognition, and chose Perkbox’s reward and recognition platform.
Perkbox helped Traveltek build a stronger culture by enabling recognition from all levels, linking every recognition to company values, and offering currency-agnostic reward points for a global team. The results were significant: within nine months, over 550 people had been recognised, nearly 75% of reward recipients spent their points within six months, and Traveltek reported improvements across key metrics including eNPS, tech flow metrics and company revenue.
