Real Therapy Solutions, a Sydney and Illawarra–based multidisciplinary healthcare provider of speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology and behaviour support (45 employees), was struggling with competitive recruitment for psychologists and other qualified staff and needed to retain talent and protect company culture during rapid growth.
