Propertyserve, a provider of FM helpdesk and procurement solutions for the property and asset management sector, needed to strengthen staff wellbeing and retention by improving employees’ work–life balance. To address this, Propertyserve partnered with Perkbox and rolled out the Perkbox employee benefits platform to give staff easy access to discounts and lifestyle offers outside of work.

Perkbox delivered a program of perks that has generated more than £12,500 in savings for staff through 244 redeemed offers, including VIP airport lounge access, reduced‑price electricals and cinema tickets, with the Tastecard becoming a firm favourite (100% employee signup). Perkbox’s solution has increased employee engagement around wellbeing and contributed to Propertyserve’s retention efforts through measurable uptake and financial benefit.
