Penrith City Automotive Driving engagement through reward and recognition

Penrith City Automotive, a three-franchise car dealership in Australia, wanted a more consistent and formal way to reward employees and recognise good work across its 132-person workforce. Before using Perkbox, rewards were ad hoc and often left to individual managers, which created inconsistencies and didn’t always suit employees’ preferences.

Perkbox provided a structured reward and recognition platform using Flexi points, Reward points, and Celebration hub to make recognition more consistent and collaborative. In six months, the company received 492 recognitions, with 95% of employees receiving peer-to-peer recognition and 81% sending it, while also helping staff save money through discounted perks and strengthening cross-team engagement.
