Noble Foods Creating a community in a multi-faceted manufacturing company with Perkbox

Noble Foods, a £600m-turnover group and the UK’s leading supplier of fresh eggs with around 1,800 employees across manufacturing, transport and agriculture, was struggling with recruitment and retention for front-line operational roles amid Brexit-driven labour shortages and rising wage costs. To strengthen its employee value proposition and boost engagement, Noble Foods partnered with Perkbox to trial an employee benefits and communications platform.

Perkbox delivered a shared hub of perks and cross-company communications that improved connection and helped employees stretch their pay; after 11 months Perkbox drove a 55% increase in usage, lifted engagement from 4–5% to about 50–60%, and saved employees £25,246. By implementing Perkbox, Noble Foods significantly raised engagement and strengthened its talent attraction and retention efforts.
