Muji Providing something for everyone with Perkbox

Muji, a global retail company with employees across 30+ countries and 180 staff in the UK, needed a benefits solution that would engage a very diverse workforce (ages 18–65, multicultural backgrounds) while remaining low on administrative overhead. To meet that need they partnered with Perkbox, adopting the Perkbox platform—including Perks hub with Flexi Perks, Wellness hub, Celebration hub and Culture hub—to give employees flexible, personalised benefits.

Perkbox implemented a multi-hub solution that gives each Muji employee 25 Flexi points per month to spend on a wide range of perks, plus wellness content, recognition tools and culture/communication support. The result: employees have saved thousands, a third used Celebration recognition within the first month, about 75% of the total workforce logs in monthly and 96% of head office staff reported being happy with the platform. Muji also found Perkbox affordable and low‑administration, making it a long‑term part of their engagement strategy.
