Monica Vinader is a global luxury jewellery brand with over 250 employees across the UK, USA, Canada, Singapore and Hong Kong that needed a single, borderless way to deliver benefits, recognition and wellbeing to a dispersed workforce. With varying IT access and many store employees lacking company email, internal communications and people initiatives were siloed—so Monica Vinader turned to Perkbox’s benefits and rewards platform (including Perks, Wellness and Celebration hubs and monthly Flexi points) to create a unified, location-agnostic employee experience.

Perkbox provided a 24/7 desktop and mobile platform that centralised perks, wellness content and peer recognition, making administration and global rollouts simpler. Using Perkbox’s Celebration hub produced over 1,200 recognitions in under 18 months, Perks hub plus 25 monthly Flexi points led to more than 1,500 Flexi Perks redeemed in the first seven months, and Wellness content supported drop-in guided meditations—altogether boosting morale, strengthening company culture and becoming a valued part of Monica Vinader’s EVP and recruitment messaging.
