Limelight Design & Print is a UK-based studio that creates graphics, websites and printed marketing materials for businesses. To keep their small team motivated and reduce turnover they wanted a simple way to reward employees and improve retention, so they turned to Perkbox for an employee perks programme.

Perkbox provides a range of staff benefits (notably Tastecard and reduced cinema tickets) that Limelight uses as part of its rewards and retention strategy. As a result Limelight reports that staff “feel appreciated and rewarded” and that the scheme works as a great retention programme; no specific metrics were provided in the case study.
