How IFYS uses Perkbox to offer preventative employee wellbeing initiatives in a demanding industry

IFYS is a Queensland-based non-profit serving children, young people and families with 500+ employees. Facing the emotionally demanding nature of care work and a long-term focus on staff wellbeing and retention, IFYS adopted Perkbox’s employee experience perks platform after a team member introduced it as a way to recognise and add value for staff.

Perkbox implemented its Perks platform at IFYS, offering mindfulness and workout subscriptions plus discounts on groceries, fitness equipment and online shopping. In six months 69% of employees were active on Perkbox and staff saved $30,000 through redeemed perks, and Perkbox has become an additional retention and wellbeing tool for IFYS.
