The Perkbox solution achieved 77% activation across the team, helped the organisation save an estimated $19,000–$76,000 in five months, drove wellness engagement (mental health/meditation and Boxx are in the top three redeemed perks) and produced measurable morale wins and personal stories that boosted staff engagement.
