Lucketts Travel Group is a family-run luxury coach hire and holiday business with a largely mobile workforce that spends much of their time on the road. To boost engagement and offer meaningful employee benefits despite limited desk time, they partnered with Perkbox and encouraged staff to use the Perkbox app and platform for discounts, vouchers and rewards.

Perkbox provided an accessible mix of app access, regular email updates and an induction video (now shown to about 5–10 new starters each month) plus popular perks like gym memberships, cinema vouchers, high-street discounts and seasonal cards. As a result, Perkbox has increased employee engagement at Lucketts Travel Group—staff report feeling there is “more to their job,” uptake is growing through induction and crew-room access, and the scheme is seen as a distinctive, industry-leading benefit.
