Capito Maintaining communication and morale with a hybrid workforce throughout the pandemic

Capito, a 30-year-old technology services provider with around 100 employees across Edinburgh and Aberdeen, faced the twin challenges of sustaining morale and maintaining communication for a hybrid workforce during the pandemic while also managing device shortages and urgent hardware deliveries. Perkbox helped drive measurable impact: 85% employee engagement and 900+ perks redeemed since launch, alongside Capito’s successful collection, refurbishment and free redistribution of donated kit.
