Australian Sports Foundation (ASF), Australia’s leading not‑for‑profit sports fundraising body with a hybrid team spread across the country, identified a gap in reward and recognition and wanted to modernize its employee value proposition. ASF selected Perkbox and its global benefits and rewards platform — including Celebration Hub, Global Reward (reward points) and Perks/Wellness hubs — to help build a consistent culture of appreciation for its dispersed workforce.

Perkbox rolled out Celebration Hub for peer‑to‑peer recognition, Global Reward to give managers instant, location‑agnostic reward points, and Perks/Wellness hubs plus a monthly allocation of 40 Flexi points per employee. The result: recognition moved from being ad‑hoc (once or twice a year) to a regular monthly practice, administrative burden on HR was reduced, Perkbox achieved 100% activation across ASF staff, and Perks hub became the most used benefit — cementing Perkbox as a core part of ASF’s modernized EVP.
