Fort Lauderdale Goes Digital with Periscope Holdings’ BidSync™ Source

The City of Fort Lauderdale had relied on paper-based procurement—mail and faxed RFPs, manually updated vendor lists, and time-consuming packet assembly—which made outreach exclusive, slow, and unsustainable. To modernize procurement, the City turned to Periscope Holdings’ BidSync Source eProcurement solution to replace its paper-and-file-cabinet system and improve efficiency and transparency.

Periscope Holdings implemented BidSync Source, giving the City electronic creation, distribution and award of solicitations to a national database of more than 750,000 suppliers, automated bid releases/addenda, encrypted electronic submissions, and automated tabulation and reporting.
