Acima Leasing, the virtual lease-to-own fintech business of Rent-A-Center Inc., needed a way to monitor communications and representations across multiple customer and retailer channels. The company faced the challenge of overseeing millions of calls, emails, messages, web activity, and social interactions while keeping customer experience accurate, consistent, and compliant.
To solve this, Acima Leasing implemented PerformLine’s omni-channel compliance platform, including web, call, email, message, and social media monitoring. With PerformLine, Acima expanded coverage to five channels, achieved daily monitoring without additional headcount, and increased call monitoring from about 5% to 99%, improving QA scores, training, and review of retailer websites and social media.
