Vodafone Australia, one of the country’s top three telcos, faced a fragmented, error-prone commission environment: four different commission systems (a bespoke retail solution, a dealer system, multiple Excel processes, and Performio in the call center) supporting several thousand salespeople. Head of Finance Operations Nicole Horan’s brief was to simplify and consolidate those time‑consuming, vendor‑dependent calculations into a single, reliable process — and Performio was already in use in the call center.

Performio was rolled out across all sales groups as a simple, scalable commission platform with automated calculations, self‑service configuration and intuitive dashboards.
