Uber Freight, a leading logistics technology and services provider, was struggling with increasingly complex commission plans and a manual, Excel-based process that made integrating ERP and CRM data difficult and time-consuming. To replace the cumbersome spreadsheets and streamline reporting, Uber Freight selected Performio’s sales commission software to manage their commission calculations and data imports.
Performio’s flexible, easy-to-use platform (with Oracle cloud and Salesforce integrations) was implemented to calculate quarterly commissions for US sales reps, delivering faster plan adjustments and self-serve reporting. As a result, Performio cut commission processing times in half, eliminated the week-long Excel workload, improved visibility and confidence for sales reps and executives, and set the stage to extend the solution to Mexico and Canada.
