Performio automated Spectrio’s entire sales compensation process, provided scheduled NetSuite imports, flexible plan building, and improved reporting and dispute resolution. As a result, Spectrio repurposed the full-time commissions administrator to higher-value work, simplified plan changes, gained transparency that sales reps praised, and now supports more than 120 sales representatives on the platform while efficiently managing their $3M+ in annual commissions.
