Service Express, a Grand Rapids–based data center support provider (501–1,000 employees), selected Performio to replace an increasingly manual, in‑house commissions process. As the company grew and moved commission administration from Accounting to HR, monthly closes, annual plan changes, and complex commission calculations required excessive manual intervention and produced frequent errors.
Performio deployed its commission management/ICM solution with color‑coded summaries, drill‑down dashboards and automated calculations, replacing the clunky spreadsheet-style portal. The change eliminated the roughly one-and-a-half days per month previously spent correcting errors, improved reporting and visibility for sales reps, enabled future-dating of plan changes, and delivered faster closes, greater scalability and higher user satisfaction.
