OnDeck teams up with Performio for sales commission management

OnDeck, a New York–based fintech that provides quick loans and credit to small businesses, needed a more nimble, user-friendly way to calculate and report sales commissions across the U.S., Canada and Australia. After struggling with Xactly’s complexity and limited Salesforce connectivity that only allowed monthly commission statements, OnDeck selected Performio’s sales commission software to give reps and managers clearer, faster visibility into pay and performance.

Performio implemented a tight Salesforce integration (with a nightly import at 3:00 AM), single sign-on and an easy-to-use UI so reps can see month‑to‑date commissions daily and managers can monitor quota progress every morning. The change moved OnDeck from monthly to daily visibility, simplified audits by exposing line‑by‑line commission calculations for typical 30-sample reviews, and freed up time for analytics and plan optimisation — outcomes directly attributable to Performio’s solution.
