Coeo, a Chicagoland telecom leader in IP voice and data services headquartered in Downers Grove, IL, struggled with calculating sales commissions from a billing system that obscured commission logic and made plan changes difficult. Performio implemented a user-friendly solution with a sandbox environment and upfront implementation that didn’t require ongoing professional services, enabling non-developers to manage complex plans. Coeo now uses Performio to calculate commissions across the organization and for referral partners, gives reps dashboard access, and has cut the time spent calculating commissions by half while reducing errors and increasing trust in payouts.
