Fujifilm, a digital transformation and business services company, partnered with Performio to better manage complex sales incentive programs across its Australia printing and software teams. Before using Performio’s incentive compensation management platform, Fujifilm relied on a legacy invoicing system, manual imports and overrides, heavy Excel use, and a highly customized setup that made frequent pay-plan and target changes difficult.

Performio implemented a centralized, flexible compensation system that calculates incentives for about 120 sales participants from daily Aurora data feeds, while providing dashboards, graphs, and direct admin control over overrides and plan updates. As a result, Fujifilm gained clearer real-time visibility into pay and performance, strong user adoption, and highly positive onboarding feedback, with most managers and 70%+ of reps logging in monthly and some daily.
