amaysim, a challenger mobile provider, faced high online cart abandonment driven by limited delivery options and launched a unique 3 Hour Express Delivery for SIMs to stand out. The remit was to boost online SIM sales in Australia’s largest cities by 50% and reposition amaysim as a telco game changer among target segments (younger adults, young families and budget-conscious 35–49 year olds).

Performics implemented a multi-device, ROI-focused paid search campaign—using device/time targeting, geo-targeting, advanced bidding, remarketing and ads across GDN and YouTube. From July–November ROI rose 227%, combined Sydney and Melbourne sales grew 117% (well above the 50% goal), unprompted awareness increased 11% and prompted awareness 5%, resulting in measurable sales, awareness and market-share gains.
