Performics (Vivaki) worked with a telecom client in Kuwait to drive prepaid users to refill their accounts. The client had a precise consumer segmentation strategy and needed an online execution that would reach the right audience and boost refills while keeping CPA low, since prepaid conversions deliver lower ROI than postpaid.

Using DoubleClick Campaign Manager and DoubleClick Bid Manager, Performics tagged and segmented site visitors by plan, drove traffic to the refill homepage, retargeted visitors, and consolidated activity across display, social, desktop and mobile; the campaign also included a 50% prepaid-refill promotion. The approach produced an 88% reduction in CPA, 54% lower CPM and a 200% increase in conversions while improving message-to-audience relevance.
