Awareness and Sales Across Online and Offline Channels for HP

Performics partnered with HP to promote the Officejet Pro 6830 across more than 1,000 HP stores in China. HP’s challenge was to move from siloed channels to a unified online–offline retail model and to reach both in-market printer shoppers and non-resident consumers located near stores.

Performics implemented a mobile-first, cross-channel strategy using Baidu search and location-based (LBS) targeting, combining “keywords + location” tactics and differentiated bids by user journey to target high-intent users. In seven weeks the campaign delivered 100M+ impressions, drove over 1,000 tracked store visits via “Call” and “Find the Nearest Store,” achieved strong purchase intent (>60% of benchmark), and produced robust ad metrics (LBS: 3.36% engagement / 0.41% CTR / 73.78% landing rate; PC DSP: 1.45% engagement / 0.18% CTR / 57.64% landing rate).
