PerformHR worked with an Aged Care organisation operating across multiple sites in New South Wales. At the time of engagement, the customer had no internal HR capability or external HR support, and was facing significant challenges around risk and compliance, HR systems and processes, and leadership accountability across mid-level management.
PerformHR first delivered tailored leadership training for employees and managers, then provided ongoing retained HR support across more than 30 locations, including ER and performance advice, policy development, investigations, recruitment, training, restructuring, and remuneration support. This helped the organisation improve HR capability, handle issues more quickly, and give leadership better visibility through reporting on workforce trends, risks, and culture markers.
