FanDuel partnered with Perform[cb] to drive rapid user acquisition during peak NFL seasonality while improving efficiency for new first-time depositors. The goal was to increase install volume quickly without sacrificing cost performance during a highly competitive period.
Perform[cb] optimized FanDuel’s evergreen and new partner campaigns by identifying the highest-performing sources, setting test budgets, and cutting underperforming channels based on ROAS and eCPA analysis. As a result, Perform[cb] delivered 61,000 installs in September 2019, a 61% year-over-year increase, and reduced FanDuel’s cost per first-time deposit by 50%.
