Perforce implemented Helix Test Case Management within Helix ALM to improve test and issue tracking. The solution let WorkForce link issues to test cases and test runs, create test cases from issues, and strengthen planning and tracking. According to WorkForce, this delivered measurable improvements in the testing process, increased quality, improved cross-checking of related issues, and helped them deliver higher-quality products faster.
