Sports Interactive, the London-based studio behind Football Manager, needed a better way to track bugs, manage requirements, and coordinate development than Excel spreadsheets could provide. The result was full traceability from requirements to code to tests and bugs, improved communication and workflow efficiency, and the ability for Sports Interactive to release games on time while keeping source code secure.
