Hunter Industries, a manufacturer of irrigation equipment, needed a better way to manage requirements, test cases, and defects as its controller division grew. Using Microsoft Word and Excel had become a burden, and the team needed a more reliable QA process to keep complex products accountable and avoid costly failures.
