Dimension Studio Advances Virtual Production Capabilities and Streamlines Multi-Vendor Collaboration with Helix Core

Dimension Studio, a leader in virtual production, volumetric capture, digital humans, and immersive experiences, needed a reliable way to manage large assets, support multiple teams, and collaborate with outside vendors across complex film, broadcast, and live-event projects. As its productions grew, Dimension turned to Perforce P4 to standardize workflows and keep work secure and organized.

Perforce implemented P4 source control and Streams to give Dimension a single source of truth, tighter permissions, and controlled access for third-party vendors, while supporting large binary files and rapid iteration. The result was smoother multi-vendor collaboration, safer branching and testing, near-zero-downtime backups, and faster on-set workflows; Dimension said Perforce helped prevent conflicting files, protect sensitive assets, and speed up production on live virtual sets.
