CACI Powers Irish Census with Helix ALM

CACI, a West London-based IT solutions provider, needed a better way to manage the development and QA process for the Irish Census than Microsoft Word and Excel could offer. For its census processing work, CACI turned to Perforce Helix ALM to capture requirements, manage issues, and preserve historical project information across a mission-critical, fixed-deadline program.

Perforce Helix ALM gave CACI a single, integrated system for requirements management, test management, issue tracking, and collaboration across developers, testers, business analysts, and the client. The result was improved productivity, a more secure end-to-end project history, better reporting and tracking, and stronger collaboration; the Central Statistics Office in Ireland also licensed Helix ALM for user acceptance testing of the Census System delivered by CACI.
