Buch & Holm A/S, a family-owned Danish supplier to laboratories and industry, faced fragmented product data and a slow, error-prone publishing process: product specifications sat in Microsoft Dynamics NAV while product texts were maintained in a bespoke Access database that required manual, one-at-a-time exports by a single employee. Before switching to Perfion Product Information Management (PIM), catalog creation and updates were time-consuming, vulnerable to errors, and limited the company’s ability to scale.

Perfion implemented a centralized PIM that integrates with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and the Sana Commerce webshop via the Sana-Perfion connector, giving Buch & Holm A/S a single source of truth. The solution preserved rich text when importing 30,000 SKUs, enables fast, on-demand PDF catalog generation, and automates updates to the webshop; as a result Perfion delivered measurable time savings of about 25–50%, with the freed-up time redirected to product quality improvements and better marketing output.
