CHRIS sports is a Swiss distributor of high-quality sporting goods that, since 2016, has used the Perfion PIM system to manage product information for 100,000 articles in two languages. Previously product data lived in Dynamics NAV, where editing was slow, unintuitive and reached its limits—making it impractical to add new features or efficiently support new online channels such as a Sana Commerce B2B shop.

CHRIS sports chose a Single Source of Truth with the Perfion PIM, leveraging Perfion’s seamless integration with Dynamics NAV, Sana Commerce (and later Shopware) plus a Channable connector to deliver structured feeds. Perfion now publishes to B2B/B2C webshops, InDesign catalogs via EasyCatalog, sales sheets, training materials and Power BI; the change brought faster workflows, broader distribution (including stock-aware feeds to retailers), additional online-channel sales and a documented Perfion ROI of under one year.
