Oase Outdoors ApS, which owns the Outwell, Easy Camp and Robens brands, struggled with an unreliable web-based catalog and PIM system that required two specialist super users to import/export data, frequent debugging, and manual graphic work because of poor Adobe InDesign integration. Seeking a stable, user-friendly, desktop-based solution with a Microsoft-like interface, Oase Outdoors turned to the Perfion PIM system to replace their legacy setup.

Perfion implemented a flexible PIM that feeds product information to three brand websites, a secured dealer portal and printed catalogs in five languages across 45 markets, with full Adobe InDesign integration so catalogs can be produced in-house. As a result, Perfion eliminated the need for dedicated super users (marketers now update product data themselves), dramatically improved data quality and stability, and delivered measurable benefits including faster workflows and a documented return on investment in less than a year.
