Labelmaster, a Chicago-based specialist in Dangerous Goods/Hazmat compliance with over 30,000 SKUs, faced fragmented product data across multiple databases that hindered accuracy, consistency and collaboration. To build a new, fully integrated and user-friendly data foundation, Labelmaster selected Perfion and deployed Perfion Product Information Management (PIM) to replace its standalone system and serve as a single source of truth for product information.

Perfion was integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, the Sana eCommerce platform, InDesign and Easy‑Catalog, enabling automated publishing to web landing pages, catalogs, pricelists and other channels and giving Product Management, Supply Chain and Marketing a transparent, shared system. As a result, Labelmaster gained faster, more agile content updates (changes in Perfion automatically appear on the website and other channels), simplified data extraction for partners, and documented business ROI in less than a year.
