DR.SCHNELL, a European provider of professional cleaning, disinfection and hygiene solutions, faced time-consuming product information management, data redundancy and inconsistency from maintaining information across many sources — a serious problem when marketing products in 25 languages. To improve their "product data hygiene," DR.SCHNELL implemented the Perfion Product Information Management (PIM) system.
Perfion became the single source of truth, with all product information maintained exclusively in the PIM and integrated with the Shopware web shop and Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP. As a result, updates in Perfion are immediately reflected across the webshop, catalogs and other channels, multilingual product data sheets can be downloaded directly, and DR.SCHNELL has significantly reduced data maintenance effort while ensuring consistent, up-to-date product information; Perfion also documents a return on investment in under a year.
