Epoka A/S, a B2B distributor of end-of-life IT hardware managing about 25,000 SKUs, faced fragmented and inconsistent product data spread across PowerPoints, Excel sheets and Word documents. When CMO Chris Zimmerman set out to build an eCommerce site, Epoka needed to standardize, enrich and filter widely varying product attributes to deliver a consistent online customer experience, so they selected Perfion’s Product Information Management (PIM) system.

Perfion delivered a centralized PIM that integrates with Dynamics AX, Magento and GfK Etilize, supports multi-language data modeling, and handles products with 6–25 attributes, giving Epoka a single source of truth. The solution enabled a timely webshop launch, consolidated specifications (GfK Etilize covers 20–30% of items) for unified customer access, sped up employee onboarding, and now underpins Epoka’s omnichannel strategy—improving product data quality and operational efficiency.
