Kongamek, a Swedish manufacturer in the materials handling industry, faced product information scattered across Dynamics NAV, their website, InDesign catalogs, product data sheets and pricelists, with everything unconnected and maintained by three full-time employees. Keeping correct, real-time content in four languages—especially annual catalog proofreading—was a major drain, so Kongamek turned to Perfion and its Perfion Product Information Management (PIM) solution to centralize their data.

Perfion implemented a PIM integrated with Dynamics NAV, Adobe InDesign and the new EPiServer-based web and B2B portal to feed product data to the website, catalogs, data sheets and partner portal for 1,200 items in four languages (scalable to 10,000 spare parts). The Perfion solution freed up half an FTE—saving €40,000 annually—and delivered the time and multi-channel efficiencies Kongamek needed to support growth from €11m to €17m turnover without adding staff.
