AVK Holdings, a global valve manufacturer managing thousands of SKUs and communications in 28 languages, struggled with fragmented product data: structured data lived in a central database while translations and marketing content were kept in a CMS not built for product information, causing poor performance, hard-to-maintain imports/exports, and reliance on external partners for datasheet and price list changes. To address this, AVK selected the Perfion PIM system.

Perfion implemented a centralized PIM integrated with Dynamics NAV/AX and Sana Commerce and used Perfion’s built-in Publishing module to automate outputs. The solution now feeds product information for 50,000 SKUs to 20 websites in 28 languages, generates price lists (up to 150 pages) and thousands of PDF datasheets, and eliminated reliance on external consultants—saving time and improving employee satisfaction.
