Tridis, an importer and distributor of IT accessories, networking products and video security since 1996, struggled with no single point of entry for product information—data lived in their ERP (Dbfact), was hard to change, and it was nearly impossible to control which items, images and texts appeared in the webshop or could be shared with customers. To solve this, Tridis implemented the Perfion PIM system.

Perfion provided a single product information database for Tridis’ 7,000 SKUs (feeding the Magento 2 website and fact sheets with images, descriptions, standards, barcodes, etc.), enabling fast, accurate updates and easy data exports to customers and other channels. As a result, employees work more efficiently with a clear overview, products are published online more quickly with correct data, and Tridis now has a scalable foundation (Perfion will soon feed catalogs, newsletters and multilingual content) — leveraging Perfion’s single source of truth and documented ROI of under a year.
