Maison Truffe generates product data sheets at the press of a button in Dynamics AX

Maison Truffe, the Swiss supplier of catering, kitchen, household and gift products with an inventory of over 25,000 items, struggled with extremely time-consuming, manual catalog creation—its largest catalog was 600 pages with about 12,000 items across 50 brands—and lacked a central data source to support a B2B web portal. To address this, Maison Truffe selected Perfion PIM and integrated it with Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Perfion delivered a central product data hub with a dynamic table designer and seamless Dynamics AX integration, letting Maison Truffe generate product data sheets “at the press of a button” directly from offers, eliminate duplicate data entry, and avoid blank fields in tables. The Perfion solution sped up catalog and data-sheet production, improved master-data control, freed customer consultants for higher-value work, and enabled the launch of an OXID eSales B2B portal—transforming how Maison Truffe manages roughly 12,000 catalog items.
