How Louis Poulsen Improved Product Data Management Across Channels

Louis Poulsen, a longstanding provider of architectural and decorative lighting, needed a better way to manage complex product data across channels. With 5,000 product variations in 14 languages, the company was relying on manual processes that slowed sales teams and made it difficult to update and share product information across its webshop, catalogs, and marketing materials. It turned to Perfion and its PIM system to address the challenge.

Perfion integrated with SAP ECC and EpiServer to help Louis Poulsen model product data more flexibly and keep information current across B2B and B2C websites, data sheets, and price lists. The Adobe InDesign connector also supported automatic catalog creation, reducing production time for the 180-product catalog in 12 languages. In just a few years, Louis Poulsen cut manual product data processes by 50%.
