A Perfion Case Study
Citizen Watch struggled with product data scattered across 11 different databases, plus unmanaged spreadsheets and Access files, which caused duplicate records, poor data quality, and limited ownership and visibility. To solve this, Citizen Watch selected the Perfion Product Information Management (PIM) system as a standard, integrable solution to avoid costly ERP customizations and create a single source of truth.
Perfion was implemented to centralize all product information and integrate with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, the Demandware webshop, Logility Voyager, and internal reporting systems; product data for 3,000 watches and 50–60,000 spare parts across 10 languages is now managed from one place. Perfion also automates pushes to the ecommerce site and ERP, prepares Amazon-ready files with mapping rules, supports custom profit-before-launch calculations, reduces manual data maintenance, and delivers better visibility and decision-making for Citizen Watch.
