Chaparral Motorsports, a large U.S. motorcycle accessory and dealership retailer, faced fragmented product information across a web database, ERP and print design files plus two separate image asset stores. This caused duplicated work, data discrepancies and inefficiencies while managing a massive catalog (more than 300,000 SKUs and parts for some 15,000 motorcycle models) across channels and seasonal campaigns before deploying Perfion.

Perfion implemented its Product Information Management (PIM) solution as a single source of truth, integrating with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and feeding product data to Chaparral’s website, Amazon and eBay, as well as print catalogs and in‑store signage. The implementation was completed in three weeks, enabled Chaparral to reduce in‑store signage production from two weeks to three hours, eliminated duplicate data instances for a ten‑person editorial team, and streamlined multi‑channel publishing and back‑office synchronization through Perfion.
