The University of Tennessee at Martin faced a recurring orientation bottleneck: students queued at six staffed photo stations while staff processed and printed roughly 300 ID cards, creating long lines, extra labor and photography costs during a hectic move-in period. The Bursar’s Office needed a way to streamline ID capture and reduce staffing and printing expenses.
