The University of Portland, a private higher-education institution, needed to move away from paper-based processes and relieve its IT department from the bottleneck of building custom online forms. With heavy demand for data collection across students, faculty and administrators and many non-technical users, the university required an intuitive, campus-wide solution that would decentralize form creation and free up IT resources.

UP deployed PerfectForms across campus and integrated it with PayPal to handle payments and donations. Since rollout, the campus has built 100+ forms for evaluations, registrations, surveys and more, centralizing data collection, reducing paper and manual data entry, speeding reporting, simplifying fund collection, and allowing IT and administrative staff to focus on higher-value projects.
