Trilliant, a provider of Smart Grid network solutions for electric, gas and water utilities, needed to speed customer response, reduce maintenance costs and downtime, and expand business opportunities. Their CIO selected a simpler, more affordable SaaS alternative to replace legacy systems and automate manual processes that were slowing operations.

PerfectForms replaced Trilliant’s older infrastructure, automated key workflows (including the NDA process), provided on-call support, and acted as a process-mapping tool to identify and remove bottlenecks.
