Trilliant, a provider of Smart Grid network solutions for electric, gas and water utilities, needed to speed customer response, reduce maintenance costs and downtime, and expand business opportunities. Their CIO selected a simpler, more affordable SaaS alternative to replace legacy systems and automate manual processes that were slowing operations.

PerfectForms replaced Trilliant’s older infrastructure, automated key workflows (including the NDA process), provided on-call support, and acted as a process-mapping tool to identify and remove bottlenecks. The result was faster customer response, lower maintenance overhead, significantly improved productivity and efficiency, and new opportunities to extend PerfectForms to additional business divisions.
